Estero became a village only at the end of 2014, but it had been a town once before: the Koreshan Unity, a communal settlement, incorporated it as Estero on September 1, 1904. Today much of the village lives in private communities, many of them golf clubs, and more than half of the houses went up between 2000 and 2009. Behind a gate off Corkscrew Road or on an older street by the river, we come to the house and fix the appliance in your kitchen or laundry room.

We just moved into a new community east of I-75. Is that still Estero for you?
Yes. Corkscrew Shores, The Preserve at Corkscrew, Bella Terra, RiverCreek, Verdana Village and the other communities out there are on the same number as the rest of Estero, and building keeps moving east: in 2023 WGCU reported one parcel on east Corkscrew Road approved for 26,000 homes, 19,000 of them not yet built. A visit there starts at the gate, as it does across most of the village, so give us the community name when you call.
Do you repair appliances in manufactured homes?
Yes. A manufactured home has the same refrigerators, washers, dryers and ranges as any other house, and we repair them where they stand. Give us the street and tell us where the appliance is when you call.
Who supplies our water, Lee County or Bonita Springs Utilities?
Williams Road is the dividing line. Homes north of it get their water from Lee County Utilities, and homes south of it from Bonita Springs Utilities, a nonprofit cooperative. If your home sits close to Williams Road, the water bill shows which side of the line it falls on.
Which number do I call from Estero?
